What are the check in and check out times?

We look forward to welcoming you to our houses for check-in from 3:00 p.m. You can find detailed information on your reservation confirmation. On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the room by 12:00 noon. Should you wish to depart later, this is possible for an extra charge, depending on availability.


Is the reception manned 24 hours?

Our employees are at your disposal in most hotels 24 hours a day. You will receive information on this in the respective hotel.

When is breakfast served?

Our breakfast from the extensive cold/warm buffet is available from Monday to Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

Do the hotels have bedlinen suitable for allergy sufferers?

With a few exceptions, our houses are all equipped with bed linen for people with allergies. The staff at reception will be happy to provide you with the relevant information.

Do the hotels have cots for babies or child beds?

Children are very welcome at NYCE hotels. Children up to the age of 3 stay with us free of charge in one of the existing beds. The availability of extra beds varies in our hotels, so it is best to check with the hotel directly before arrival.

Do the hotels have Wi-Fi?

All houses have WiFi. Hotel guests can use it free of charge.

Do the hotels have parking?

Due to the central location of our hotels in the inner cities, not all hotels have their own parking spaces. Before your arrival, please inform yourself about the parking facilities and the reservation directly at the hotel.

What means of payment are accepted?

You can pay your bill in cash, with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners or EC cards. Payment on account is also possible for corporate customers (assuming a positive credit check).

What types of reservation are there?

We offer our guests various reservation options. With a so-called "6:00 p.m." reservation, your room will be held until 6:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. After this time, the reservation expires and there is no entitlement to the booked room. With a "guaranteed booking", your reservation becomes binding for booked you, the same applies to booked offers and non-refundable rates.

Please note that for reservations of a non-refundable rate, a prepayment of 100 percent of the total cost is required upon completion of the booking. For this we need a valid and reliable credit card number with an expiration date.

What possibilities for cancellation are there and what are the relevant charges?

In the case of "6:00 p.m." reservations, you can cancel the booking at any time free of charge. Special cancellation conditions and corresponding cancellation fees apply to all guaranteed reservations and reservations with prepayment. If you make your online reservation, you will be shown these conditions before completing the booking.

If you make a reservation through our reservation center or directly through the hotel, our staff will inform you of these conditions and you will receive them in writing with your confirmation.

Are dogs allowed in NYCE hotels?

All NYCE hotels have designated dog rooms, but limited numbers. Therefore, these rooms can only be assigned according to availability and requires that you register your animal companion(s) directly with the hotel in good time. We charge EUR 15.00 per night per pet, guide and assistance dogs are free of charge.

Will my data be disclosed to third parties?

Your data will be transmitted exclusively and securely via an SSL connection for online reservations and will only be used internally within the companies in our hotel group.
